Mom inspired me to write on here today. I decided that I better get on the ball. These last few months have been very crazy for my family. We have custody of all 6 kids and it is a lot to handle. We do the best we can and take it a day at a time. I completely understand why they invented Valium!!!
For the last few weeks, as Melanie has been in the hospital, I have been thinking a lot about what really matters in life. It isn't all of the worldly possessions, what kind of car you drive (as we all know, that is one of my biggest struggles!) or where you stand in society that matters. It is the people that you have in your life that count. They are who mold you into who you are and help you through all of your hard times. I feel completely blessed for the family that I have been born into and get to share my life with! In a few hours we will have a brand new baby that will be blessed to be in our family and I am so excited to be an aunt to her.
In closing, I hope that everyone has a very Merry Christmas! Remember that this holiday isn't about receiving presents but it is about the birth of our savior and the gift that he brought to the world! I love you all! Have a great night!

How time flies!

Well it has been 6 months sincel my last post. It is crazy to think that I haven't put anything on here since February. Things sure have been busy and crazy to the point that I don't ever even think about the fact that we have a blog.
Last month we went to Jackson Hole/Yellowstone with Steven's whole family. It was so fun and the boys were able to play with their cousins that they don't get to see very often. Half of us rode in the car and the others rode in the Motorhome with Steven's parents. We stopped and saw the Grand Tetons, saw Old Faithful and then we went to Bannack Montana which was so awesome. It is a ghost town that is haunted. In our pictures, we picked up a lot of orbs floating around. OOOHHH SPOOKY!!! We had such a good time even though it rained. I didn't want to come back home.

I edited this picture and I love how it looks in black and white!

Valentine's Day

Dominic dressed up for the Wilson School tradition of having the Valentine's Tea. He was not excited at all. He said that he wanted to dump the punch on all of the girls. When he got home from school he told us that he went to the tea with two girls. He has a crush on one of the girls. Her name is Kylee. He was telling us that two girls in his class have a crush on him. Oh young infatuation! Soon enough they will be playing kissing tag and "Going together". Scary thought!

We will try this again!

Okay, so I am not very good at remembering that I have a blog. I am going to try really hard to do it this time. So many things have happened since I last posted anything that I don't know where to start.........here we go!
